Sudhanshu Priyadarshi is Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at PepsiCo. Sudhanshu works on PepsiCo's Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliance activities for Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to this role Sudhanshu was part of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis group where he was responsible for managing Capital Expenditures and Cash Flow Management Processes and Controls across all divisions.

Sudhanshu joined PepsiCo International's Australian Head Quarter in Sydney in 1999 then moved to the Frito Lay North American Head Quarter in Dallas in 2001. Since joining the company, Sudhanshu has worked in Business Integration, Strategy & Planning, Customer Development, Sales Finance, Pricing and Go to Market Strategy area of PepsiCo's domestic and international division. He has a broad range of business experience with a variety of industries, including banking, retail and consumer goods.

Sudhanshu is an "Executive in Residence" in the Center for Intelligent Supply Networks at The School of Management, University of Texas, Dallas. The Center aims to promote industry and university alliances through education, research, and consultation, advance scientific and operational knowledge in intelligent supply networks for manufacturing and services management and be the knowledge portal for the supply chain community. He also serves as a Mentor in University of Texas, Dallas, Cohort MBA Program.

Sudhanshu is an active member of The American India Foundation (AIF). AIF is a leading international development organization charged with the mission of accelerating social and economic change in India.

A native of Bihar, India, Sudhanshu holds an M.B.A. from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. Sudhanshu and his wife, Anu, live in White Plains, NY.
