Brian Regan, Outreach and Development

Brian brings over 25 years experience launching special interest publications and integrated marketing programs. His career began in 1970 with a young family publication that grew to multiple publications and extended into sampling programs, single sponsor publications, database building, and cable television programs.
In 1989, this experience was enhanced by moving to Bounty Publications where he specialized in custom publishing and sampling programs to young families, pre teens, teens, senior citizens and diabetic markets. In 1994, Brian helped launch the Medizine Guidebook series distributed at Prescription checkout counters of major drug chains. His visionary thinking and work to build up the sponsorship program propelled Medizine, a mere 14 years later, to a multimillion dollar, multi publication business.
After Medicine, Brian joined the Healthcare Data Corporation (HDC). HDC's database became the National Drug Code and used a software package that allowed sponsors to staple a call to action to prescription bags that contained the OBRA statement on how to take the medication, the side effects etc. The business grew significantly and was purchased by Catalina's Health Resources, the leader in the field. Brian's knowledge was extended to the internet when in 1997 he joined Mediconsult.com. From there he joined RxRemedy and their website Healthscout.com. With both these launches, sponsorship packages were sold to the leading Pharmas where sponsorships surpassed launch goals.
In 2002, Brian went into business for himself and worked with clients including www.xpressmd.com, www.intralinks.com, www.beansprouts.com, www.closerlook.com, www.eversave.com, www.pharmapprove.com and www.lifeclinic.com
In 2005, he purchased a 28 year old Word of Mouth grass roots company called Talk Marketing www.talkmarketing.com, with 2 partners, and remains a third owner.
